Hello, my name is Charles Manley, and I am a full-time Realtor® committed to providing exceptional service and expertise to my clients. Although I was born in West Tennessee, I have made South Carolina my home, focusing on both residential and commercial properties in the Midlands.
My military career, culminating in an Honorable Discharge from the US Army, brought me to Columbia, SC, where I found a community I truly cherish. Since earning my Real Estate license, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most knowledgeable agents and brokers in the industry, enhancing my understanding of the market and its complexities.
